We at Mutual Property Services strive for customer satisfaction & with that in mind we have created our Mutual Assurance Policy. This policy is what seperates us from most, you can be at ease knowing that we do the following:

REGISTERED TRADESMAN - Gas Safe & SELECT registered.
INSURED TRADESMAN - For our policy please see our website.
A VAT REGISTERD COMPANY - Our VAT number is 221767513.
FAIR & TRANSPARENT QUOTES - Before any work is undertaken you will recieve a quote by hand with a clear breakdown of where your money is being spent.
FAIR PAYMENT SYSTEM - For small jobs we take payment once the work us complete. Jobs deemed larger we have our 3 stage payment scheme.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION - All our employees are given regular customer service training
THE MUTUAL CHECK BACK - Once we have completed your work, one of our client managers will contact you to insure you are happy with our work. However unlike most companies we don't stop there, every 3 months for a year we will contact you to see check in & see how everything is doing.
