Disrespectful and rude

Booked my sons car in for welding on Tuesday due to an MOT. Brought the car in and nothing was done. I went in to find out what was happening on Thursday. My son phoned a few times to see what was going on. There was very little to no communication from this so called garage and when we spoke to them they came up with excuses like not a work at the moment or needing gas for welder. Total BS. When I went in to speak to them they tried to play the big hard man look and said wait I'll get your keys and you can take the car away. When we drove the car away the warning for the back door open. That tell me the car was insecure the whole time. I'm in the motor trade and this has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. I would strongly advise everyone not to go near this garage as they are so disrespectful and rude. I would inform my friends in the trade to pass the word to the public. If I could give minus stars I would and then some. Avoid
