[continued] take away from the fact my food was cold and i ended up disposing them in my food bin!im 61 years old and have to rate hatleys food and customer service as the worst ive EVER tasted and the worst staff/customer service. indeed i have phoned the shop several times i even went to the shop and left my contact number suposedly for the owner to contact me .all to no avail as no contact has been made i never would nor could recommend hatleys to [anyone ] POOR POOR QUALITY OF BOTH FOOD AND SERVICE .

purchased a supper from hatleys last week drove home [1 mile only] when i opened to eat ,chips were stone cold.chicken portion only just warm. i phoned the shop to complain the [so] called manager took my complaint who i found to be ver loud and indeed abusive she did not want to listen to me her answer was [WELL NO ONE ELSE HAS PHONED IN OR COME BACK TO THE SHOP !!!! i suggested maybe others did not have a phone or maybee didnt have transport to return to the shop. however once again this fell on deaf ears.as i was not making progression with my complaint i enquired as to what was hatleys complaint proceedure she exclaimed what is a complaints proceedure!! she then went on to suggest that i had dilly dalled and that might be the resone my food was cold!!!! she also informed me it was not possible to talk/contact the manager i explained the chips were stone cold and due to the high cost of fuel it would not have been economical for me to return them to the shop but this souldnt t
