Craft butchers throughout Scotland are hoping for a great barbecue summer after dozens of novel ideas have been identified in a recent evaluation of Speciality Sausages and Speciality Burgers held at Perth College recently. Local success came to S Collins & Son in Muirhead who picked up two Gold Awards – one for their Pork, Honey Mustard Sausage and another for their Tasty Lamb Burger.
