About Us

We provide a cost effective quantity surveying service for all sizes of new build or refurbishment projects, for both clients and contractors. We have undertaken projects from the value of £25K to £5m from the Highlands of Scotland to the North of England, in many cases providing some of our additional services such as value or risk management. From traditional procurement or design and build through to builder's quantities we can tailor our skills to your requirements. We have in addition experience with all popular current contract forms including JCT, GC/works and minor works contracts. Other services include risk management, life cycle costing, project monitoring, VAT exemptions for construction, and value management.

CDM Co-ordination Service

We provide a full CDM co-ordination service the Highlands of Scotland to the North of England. As well as providing all CDM documentation, we advise clients within the construction industry their CDM responsibilities. We can in addition supply a range of construction health and safety services to assist clients, designers, sub-contractors and principal contractors in complying with regulations from the design stage through to project completion including preparation of method statements and risk assessments and other health and safety compliance documentation and assistance with H and S certification. We have a particular expertise in the asbestos regulations and can prepare asbestos management plans.

Asbestos Management

We can survey your premises and prepare plans to fully satisfy your responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006. We can in addition advise and organise competitive asbestos surveys either management surveys and refurbishment and demolition surveys.

The design and construction of new buildings or refurbishment of existing properties demand effective financial management and that is what we always provide. Benefit from our various special skills in addition to the traditional QS or CDM-C service.
