John Johnstone is a complete fraudster. Completed a full new felt roof on my property and it didnt even last for one year. One whole side has lifted on one side as well as another part in the middle has also lifted. John just continued to fob me off then when i sent image's of my roof he told me i would have to pay for it to be fixed and when guarantee was mentioned he has now completely stopped replying to my messages and calls. Been left with a botched roof where everytime it rains is damaging my property. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE JOB REDONE. UNTRUSTWORTHY. DIGUSTING. RIP OFF MERCHANTS
Didnt even last one year of 15yrs guarantee
John johnstone carried out a full new felt roof on my property in February 2023 to where in december a neighbour informed me my roof was flapping about. Contacted john and had to keep sending messages to try and get a date for him to fix, in february this year got someone with a drone to take pictures which showed one aide of the roof has completely lifted away as well as another part has lifted in the middle of the roof. Sent this to kohn who stated i had to pay for this to be fixed as it was weather damage. Stated this was unfair due to jot even lasting a year of the guarantee to where is is jow just ignoring messages and calls leaving me with a roof that is causing damage to my property and no insurance company will touch as they said uts still under guarantee, so jow been left with finding a company who can come out and do the job properly at the cost of myself. STAY WELL CLEAR AS HE MAY COME OUT AND DO THE JOB BUT SURE AS HELL WONT FIX ANYTHING. Digusting fraudulent company
