Sean Gilbert founded Select Wealth Managers after he had worked in the financial services industry, for companies such as Aviva and Prudential, for nearly a decade.

He is one of the most qualified Financial Advisers in Scotland, holding an Honours Degree in Business Studies and the coveted title of 'Chartered Financial Planner' which is the gold standard for those giving financial advice. In achieving this title, he was awarded the 'Turris Partnership Quaich' by the Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow for achieving the highest grade in the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning of members who sat exams that year. He is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
