Where possible, we always endeavour to deliver by the next working day. However, many of our Items are made to order and as such will require being air dried before they can be dispatched normally within 48 hours or less.

Once any edible product leaves our premises, we cannot control conditions which could affect hygiene, safety or quality and, therefore, we will not accept the return of any edible item unless it was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.
