The three of use met while doing our CBT and Groupwork Diploma at The Centre of Therapy. We now see private clients and run a Panic Atack Support Group at Elmbank Therapies.
We are trained in Integrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Group work.
We each have experience and passion for working with people with mental health issues.
Counselling is available at a variety of times and prices and tailored to fit your needs. The lovely thing about having our own clinic is having the time and space to tune into whats best for the client.
